Shipping Policy
At Gamani we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our Returns & Exchange Policy applies as follows:
Shipping & Delivery
Standard Dispatch Time: All orders, including those within Bengaluru, are dispatched within 4 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Pre-Booking Products: For pre-booked items, please allow 7 to 15 business days for dispatch.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays public holidays.
Shipping Notifications: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
We are delighted to offer FREE shipping on all over INDIA.
Orders dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
Delivery typically within 3–4 business days, depending on location.

Exchange Policy
- You can exchange your saree within 4 days from the time you received provided the saree is in good condition as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover
- We do not have pick up facility so the pick up will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.
Return Policy
- You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.
- It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or remote locations.
